Mike Schmucker

I'm a Professional Commercial Photographer based in Gauteng.

After school, I did a 2-year apprenticeship in Germany as a Photo Lab Technician and really enjoyed the Darkroom, but I have always had a need to be in the outdoors, so clearly, Photography was the best move for me.

 

I received my National Diploma from The Technikon Pretoria in 1999 and also completed my B-Tech degree at the TUT in 2005.

I enjoy traveling and being on locations, the bigger the challenge the better.

 

Studio 88 was started in 2003 and every assignment,  big or small, gets the same meticulous attention, from the photography to the editing.
